Hey, I’m Carly Harvey, a 40+ mum of three. I spent years feeling low on confidence, hating my body, and avoiding exercise. But one day, I decided to change my habits — and everything shifted. I became healthier, fitter, and more confident. This transformation led me to retrain as a Personal Trainer and Habit Transformation Coach, and build Carly’s Angels & Demons, a community focused on ditching the diet mentality and achieving real results. My approach is all about simple, sustainable strategies that fit busy lives and help you enjoy social occasions without guilt. I run Clubbercise classes every week in St Neots & at Champneys, Henlow - Bedfordshire. These dance fitness classes are high energy, fun filled sessions for all abilities. With music from the 80s right up to 2000s - you'll love moving your body to "club bangers" that will revive the inner raver in you. No experience or coordination necessary; I have participants ranging from age 12 up to age 75!
